Solano Winds
Statement
This year the Solano Winds is celebrating the band's eleventh musical season, as well as the fifty-first year of musical performances and conducting for Robert O Briggs. Formed in October 1995, the band performs four formal concerts each year, in addition to a variety of civic functions. Communities have benefited from the great band tradition in Solano County, and now add a community band to that tradition.
