Tonight’s location is at Mary Cornelisons’s Gas Lighter Theater located at 318-D Main Street.  Sign ups
begin at 6pm (cut off at 6:50pm).  The show will start promptly at 7 pm.  One original song may be
performed and please bring 3 copies of your song for the judges.  There is a $5 entry fee.  Solos, duos and
trios are welcome.  No drums allowed.  A piano is available at this location.

This is our 5th Annual “Ladies Night” happening in Downtown Vacaville. This event is hosted by many of
our Health, Beauty and Spa locations along with our restaurants and pubs.

The beauty shops and spas hold open houses with product demonstrations and specials. Our restaurants
are ready for the fun too along with musical entertainment at several locations.

The guys are invited too.

Event Details

 The Singer-Songwriter competition comes to an end with the “Finals Night” held at the historic Opera
House in Downtown Vacaville at 560 Main Street.  The show starts at 7pm, however guests are encouraged
to arrive early as seating will fill up fast!  This will be an evening filled with amazing music from some very
talented local musicians!  Winning participants should arrive at 6:30 for the drawing of the line up.  Any

classic musical “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat”. With music by Andrew Lloyd Webber
and lyrics by Tim Rice, Joseph is a colorful and comic journey through the Biblical story of young Joseph,
sold into slavery by his jealous brothers after being favored by their father with a gorgeous colored cloak.
His gift of prophecy saves him from an uncertain fate and helps him to rescue Egypt from famine.
Animated with a high-energy mix of music and dancing from ‘50s rock to calypso to country & western,
this show is hailed by audiences everywhere for its family-friendly storyline, universal themes and catchy

feature the Vallejo Symphony String Quintet, mezzo-soprano Jennifer Kay, soprano Kate Offer, and
Matthew Walsh on organ performing Schubert’s Mass in G and Mozart’s Missa Brevis in D minor.

Saturday Club and Vaca Arts Council present entertainer Bob Green with guest artist Annemarie
Mendonsa, 2011 National Youth Arts Award for Best Leading Actress in a Musical for her role as Christine
Daae in Phantom of the Opera and former Saturday Club Scholarship winner (2012). Mark your calendars
now for this worthwhile benefit concert. Our goal is to fund the needed repairs to the Saturday Club
